The holiday domain "Le Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605" charges a "Green Fee" per person per night for a stay of its domain guests, regardless of the age of the person. The "Green Fee" is only € 0,50 per night (with a maximum of €5,00) per person per stay and is compulsory for any domain guest staying overnight at the Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605 holiday domain and is shown on the invoice together with the tourist tax.

The calculated "Green Fee" is used as an investment for:

• environmentally responsible separation of all waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.);
• the use of water-saving techniques (shower heads, toilets, etc.);
• the use of electricity-saving techniques (LED lighting, motion sensors timers, etc.);
• the use of heat-saving techniques (insulation materials, oil-filled heaters, etc.);
• the use of renewable energy solutions (solar panels, solar boilers, solar collectors, etc.).

Finally, the calculated "Green Fee" is used for the maintenance of the forests, the lands, the natural water, the rivers and streams, such as placing bird boxes for the owls, placing duck boxes, planting fruit trees for the birds and the pine martens, as well as releasing young fish into the natural water.
