Recreation on the domain:

Going on holiday with an electric car?

The holiday park has an EV-charging station by Wallbox which you, as a guest in one of the holiday homes, can use for a fee (per kWh) on an All-in price basis.

Cleaning costs/ final cleaning:

The final cleaning of the holiday home takes about 3 - 4 hours, and this is hard work!

If you want to take care of the final cleaning yourself, please remember that before departure we will check together whether the final cleaning has been done properly. Should the final cleaning not be in order, this will be discussed with you on the spot so that you may still be able to take action.

As a guest, you are responsible for the following, which is not included in the final cleaning of the holiday home:

• Washing up and putting away serviceware and cutlery
• Cleaning up inside and outside
• Cleaning the stove, barbecue and garden furniture
• Emptying the bins, taking away empty bottles, etc.
• Vacuuming the rooms even if there was a dog present, in connection with dog hairs

Contactless stay:

It is possible to stay on the holiday domain "Le Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605" and in the holiday homes "Gîtes" without having contact with the manager. If a non-contact stay is your preference, please indicate this when booking.

If you choose to do the final cleaning yourself, please remember that the final cleaning will be checked after your departure. Should the final cleaning not be in order, it will still be carried out by the manager and the costs will still be charged.

Accessibility:

The cottage "Gîtes" and the grounds on the holiday domain "Le Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605" are not 100% accessible to disabled/disabled people. But that does not mean that you cannot go there. Every disability needs its specific adaptations.

On the Accessibility page, we list what we do have. You can then judge for yourself whether these facilities are sufficient for you to visit us.

Children and their safety:

Children are of course very welcome on the holiday domain "Le Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605" however you should take into account that the site is a historical location and there used to be a "Forge" (iron foundry with blast furnace) on the holiday domain with water mill.

This means that the holiday domain has a large natural water (lake) up to 6 metres deep and a dam with small rivers where no safety gates can be placed, this can be considered dangerous for small children up to 8 years old.

The holiday domain "Le Domaine du Moulin Neuf 1605" is a wonderful and adventurous location for all children provided parents pay close attention to their children and point out the possible dangers.

For children aged 8 or above and who can judge the dangers themselves, the holiday domain can be called safe and there is nothing to worry about. Children can build dams in the river, build tree houses in the adjoining private forest, catch fish in the lake or row a boat.
